The Company
Our client are a well known Tier 3 builder that predominately deliver government and age care projects. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have a strong reputation for delivering government projects. They have just won a $15 mil council project in the outer Western Suburbs and need a Site Manager to manage the project. 

The Role
Reporting to a Project Manager you will work closely together to deliver the program, manage all site activity, OH&S management, QA management, construction methodology and work with Project Manager to resolve any construction/design issues. 

About You
You will ideally have worked for commercial or apartment builders and been the head site manager of these projects. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to effectively drive the construction program.
