Our client are a well known commercial/apartment builder that complete new build commercial and apartment projects. They have won a $11 mil mixed use apartment project in Ocean Grove and need a Site Manager to deliver the project.
About the Role
You will be responsible for and report to the PM
- Managing the construction program.
- Management of all onsite activity.
- OH&S and QA on the project.
- Compliance of company's systems and processes.
To be successful for this role you will ideally have been a head site manager and ideally delivered a new build apartment or commercial project. You will ideally have had experience delivering a project with pre-cast and have the ability to execute quality/high end finishes.
