About the role:
- Manage the build from start to finish
- Project has basement and high end architectural elements
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Manage the quality of finishes
- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date
- Experience with site managing high end homes
- Experience in architecturally designed homes
- Exposure to basements
- Keen eye for detail and ability to push back on sub-contractors with sub-par performances
- Ability to communicate effectively
High end builder who has been established for 15+ years.
There is a strong team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Directors to lend assistance.
