The role will be suited to someone with a strong understanding of in-store and eCommerce with a background in multi-channel retail.
The Solution Architect will work with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendors, and other members of the technology team providing solution architecture based on the enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and requirements.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership
- Demonstrated experience in a multi-channel retailer, with eCommerce (Salesforce CC), Order Management Systems, ERP, POS, WMS, and integration technologies an advantage
- Experience in the retail industry
- Ability to engage people through all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal engagement skills
- Marketing, Customer and Loyalty solutions & platforms or similar
- Collaborative working style to create excellent partner relationships within the business and 3rd party service providers
- Strong customer service focus
