Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
  • Participate in community engagement and educational initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their communication goals.
