Focusing heavily within the Foodservice channel across Distributors and End Users covering a territory in VIC & Tasmania, this role will pick up a team of 3 as well as continuing to manage and sell into key accounts.
Reporting into an experience National Sales Manager and sitting as part of a broader team in Vic. Being a bit of a hustler by nature, hands on and having a strong passion for building long term relationships will be essential for success.
Duties
- Lead, coach and develop team.
- Securing and managing new business with core being Distributors (Packaging/Food Service , Cleaning & Hygiene), Corporate Accounts and Processors-Manufacturers
- Drive End-User Business through a Network of supportive Distributors
- Managing an existing Customer base with New Line growth
- Identify Sales Targets and Close Opportunities
- Responsible for the Overall Sales Growth within your State / Territory
- Submit a Weekly Activity Report and a Weekly Sales Planner.
- Attend all Sales Meetings
- Proven successful field sales experience for 3 Years or more.
- Leadership experience.
- A true hunter for new business opportunities

- Ability to manage & maintain accounts at all levels
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to setup a Territory in a Geographical / Time Manageable sequence.
