About the role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, you’ll act as second-in-command, supporting both strategy and operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of supply chain processes and diverse markets.
- Building strong relationships with warehouses, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Leading non-conformance reviews, issue resolution, and performance improvement.
- Driving stock optimisation, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Playing a key role in warehouse and transport provider transitions and partner management.
- Supporting strategic projects in compliance, digital transformation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
You’re a results-driven supply chain professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You thrive on collaboration, can build relationships across all levels, and balance independent initiative with team support.
