Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day supply chain operations with data analysis and reporting
- Assist in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics coordination
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as DIFOT, stock turns, and service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Provide backup support across the team during a period of leave coverage
- Prepare dashboards and support decision-making with actionable insights
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field (preferred)
- Some prior experience in a supply chain, logistics, or analyst-focused role
- Strong Excel and data handling skills; familiarity with ERP or planning systems a bonus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Must be immediately available and able to commit to full-time hours
- Able to work on-site in the Melbourne CBD
