We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join a high performing team within a solid phase of growth. You will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring seamless logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing project materials planning, purchasing, material expediting, and acting as a trusted advisor to Project Managers. About the Role:
  • Help architect and support logistics and supply chain to support Onshore and Offshore structure  
  • Work with the business to architect solutions cross functionally through a network of partnerships and platforms 
  • Assist on designing, implementing, and delivering end to end supply chain strategy projects 
  • Participate in efforts to improve capabilities, process & continuous improvement throughout supply chain.
  • Drive supply chain, logistics and inventory best practice aligned with the national strategy 
  • Monitor compliance and service levels for the Fleet and Condensate contracts, addressing any breaches or issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders teams. (Developing changes to contract, ensuring routine performance meetings, invoicing, etc.) 
  • Oversee the allocation of funds for the sustaining Fleet SiB capital budget to replace light, heavy and other mobile equipment (cranes, forklifts etc.), developing the replacement scope and managing project through the PMO process until close out. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and schedule transport for condensate export gas facilities 

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience 
  • Previous exposure to advanced manufacturing or process industry is desirable 
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement/communication skills 
  • Knowledge of fleet operations practices (including acquisition, R&M and disposal processes)
  • Understanding of managing logistics service providers (3PL’s) 
  • Ability to collaborate and the skills required to transform ideas into action 
  • Strong MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas) skills 
  • Strong MS PowerPoint and intermediate MS Project/Access/Visio skills 
  • Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire is favourable
