Position Overview 
We are looking to speak with experienced operational professionals with a passion for optimisation and change management. Overall, your goal is to synchronize these operational functions, leveraging data-driven insights through Power BI and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and exceed customer expectations consistently. The responsibilities for this role include;  
  • Manage and oversee all branch based activities and  drive efficiency and optimal performance 
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and optimisation of processes and policies  
  • Responsible for proactive leadership and management of branch staff (1 direct report)  
  • Act as a point of escalation and support to all branch staff  
  • Proactively engage in analysing and monitoring key KPI/ metrics to ensure strong operational performance 
  • Monitor and ensure daily operational tasks are meeting deadlines and timelines  
  • Promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture across the branch 
To be successful 
  • Proven people, safety and operational leader 
  • Background and experience in driving Continuous Improvement and change  
  • Strong communication and people development skills  
  • Experience in driving operational excellence  
  • Strong analytical background and ability to drive improvement and efficiency  
  • Power BI experience favourable   
  • Strong Supply Chain understanding, including demand, and transport specifically.  
  • Ability to engage, motivate and lead staff across all levels of an organisation, including blue collar.
