The Role 
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or related roles within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in numbers and Excel.
