- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or related roles within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in numbers and Excel.
