We’re looking for a Level 1 Support Engineer on behalf of our client in the education to provide first-line technical support across a broad range of infrastructure. This is specific to expert that currently has macOS experiences.

The Role
- Provide first-level support across macOS and Windows platforms for internal users.
- Effective communication to students and internal staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, network access, and user accounts.
- Configure and deploy MacBooks and Apple devices, including imaging and device management.
- Document support cases and maintain accurate ticketing records.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when required.
- Strong interest in IT, with a desire to grow and learn in a professional environment.
- Experience supporting macOS environments in a professional setting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication skills! Clear, friendly, and professional.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Drivers License and vehicle
