What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing and enhancing ICT systems aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse requirements and define system specifications.
- Documenting system designs, procedures, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
- Providing support for current systems alongside ICT support and system admin teams.
- Evaluating emerging technologies to recommend system improvements and upgrades.
- Contributing to project tracking, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
You’re a detail-oriented, solutions-focused professional with a strong background in systems engineering and cloud technologies. You're comfortable working in hybrid cloud environments and have experience supporting complex ICT infrastructures.
You’ll Bring:
- Deep knowledge of Azure, Intune, M365, Windows Server, and Active Directory (hybrid/cloud-native)
- Strong networking and virtualisation experience
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- A good understanding of corporate ICT environments within financial services is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
