As demand for their services continues to grow, they’re looking to bring on a Level 2/3 Engineer to support their continued success and help deliver outstanding results for their clients across service desk.
The Role
As a Level 2/3 Systems Engineer, you will provide both remote and onsite support to a diverse client base across Perth. You’ll play a key role in delivering technical support, troubleshooting, and implementation of IT solutions. The role is dynamic, client-facing, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues while delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support across a range of client environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and related systems
- Manage and monitor firewalls, networking equipment, and related infrastructure
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 issues proactively, escalating when necessary
- Mentor and support junior staff
- Assist with IT project implementation and collaborate with senior engineers as needed
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an IT support role, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Azure, and Azure AD
- Solid experience with networking, firewalls, backup/recovery solutions, and virtualisation tools
- Familiarity with 3CX or similar VoIP systems is highly regarded
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
