The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead recruitment activities across a diverse and high-volume workforce, managing both blue-collar and white-collar hiring. A key component of the role includes overseeing recruitment for the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS). Working closely with senior leaders and managing a team of 5–6, you will drive best-practice recruitment strategies that support business goals and strengthen employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for industrial, commercial, and administrative roles, including PLS.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure seamless onboarding processes, compliance, and strong employer branding initiatives.

Skills and Experience
• 3+ years' experience in recruitment, including high-volume and diverse role types.
• Strong leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Exposure to the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) or international recruitment programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and sourcing capabilities across multiple channels.
