The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Manager plays a critical role in executing the HR strategy and acting as a trusted advisor across the business. You will partner closely with leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, uplift capability, and ensure HR policies and initiatives support long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business Partnering
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational and commercial objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance.
- Identify high‑potential talent and work with leaders to implement structured development plans.
- Support long-term workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to maintain competitive, fair, and market-aligned remuneration programs.
- Analyse, communicate, and ensure compliance with corporate HR policies, local legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular HR audits to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will bring:
- 5–8 years' experience in a HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with a data-driven approach.
