You will:
- Manage end to end recruitment process including recruitment, screening, selection and onboarding.
- Have experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders/hiring managers.
- Source candidates for roles using different channels
- Help build social media presence and EVP offering
- Foster relationships with pool of qualified talent for future positions
- Create recruitment metrics for the business
- Contribute to projects as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2 + years of experience in TA or similar type of role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Agriculture and Food Manufacturing highly desirable
ESSENTIAL:
- End to end recruitment experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent desirable
- System experience such as Employment Hero or similar
