About the role 

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team. This role provides direct access to firm Partners and other senior leaders, allowing you to nurture key relationships while being supported by a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the staff planning board, resolving clashes and accommodating new jobs
  • Raise bills and ensure managers complete bills raised
  • Facilitate, document, and action various meetings
  • Schedule external and internal client meetings
  • Set up new audit clients on MYOB, ensuring conflict checks and due diligence
  • Book appraisals, manage feedback, and ensure processes are performed
  • Perform day-to-day PA functions and facilitate partner catchups with key clients
  • Organise staff birthday, anniversary, and leaving cards and presents
  • Research, plan, and organise department social and team bonding events
  • Provide reception relief when required
  • 2+ years’ experience in administration within a corporate environment
  • Client-focused with a flexible approach and a natural problem solver
  • Keen eye for detail with proactive communication and high standards
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Must be adaptable and a collaborative team member
