This is a challenging and varied role, working in this tight-knit and high-performing Executive Seach firm. You will provide excellent support as an Executive Assistant and have a hand in building relationships both internally and with clients. You must be polished in presentation and communication, and be motivated to learn and grow your skillset.
Responsibilities
This role serves to support a busy team and ensure their success, as well as the success of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Diary and email management
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Liaising with clients and developing relationships
- Following up with clients across various touch-points
- Attending meetings
- All other ad hoc duties as required
You must be a skilled and confident Administrator or Receptionist who is keen to take on a new challenge and give this role their all. Necessary skills and experience include;
- Previous experience in an Administration all-rounder role
- Reception experience
- Technically savvy with intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Skilled in relationship management
- Positive and proactive attitude to work
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a high-volume team environment
