My client is seeking a experienced Team Assistant to provide support to a highly driven and supportive team. The ideal individual will have excellent attention to detail, and have exceptional planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills. You will be well presented, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion, and be used to a demanding environment. This role will allow the successful candidate to develop positive relationships both internally and externally, and further develop their administrative skill set. You must be available to interview immediately.
Responsibilities
You will assist the Senior Administrator with all Administrative tasks, and the wider team and office with any needs as required. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as, but not limited to:
- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Supporting and preparing business proposals
- Booking travel and accommodation arrangements as necessary
- Printing, filing, and scanning
- Preparing files
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Document preparation
- Ad hoc administrative duties as necessary
You will be an experienced administrator with the ability to work in a high-volume environment, as well as:
- Experience working in a similar Administration Assistant role is highly advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- High degree of resilience, tolerance and initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project coordination skills – able to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
