Position Overview:
 
They are seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the HR team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of employee onboarding, while also assisting in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit a strong attention to detail.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in Preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts and policies.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as required.
 
About you
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
