Salary: $90,000 + Super (Dependent on Experience)

Overview
We’re working with a leading National Business to find an experienced Team Assistant to support a group of senior managers across the Sales Division. This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone confident with data, strong in PowerPoint and Excel, and comfortable being the go-to for coordination across multiple functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day support to Senior Managers across Sales, Trading, Evaluation, Resources, and Training
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations, reports, and business planning packs
- Assist with sales and stock data analysis, as well as CRM data entry and reporting
- Support with order entry during peak periods
- Act as a point of contact across internal teams and customer-facing functions
- Manage diaries and internal meeting schedules
- Provide general admin and coordination support across the office as needed
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (comfortable working with data and visuals)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities calmly
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
- Clear and confident communication style
- Someone stable in their career history and looking to grow long-term
- Professional and proactive - happy to jump in wherever needed
- $90K + Super | Permanent full-time role
- Flexible working hours (e.g. early starts or school-friendly schedules)
