The role :
In this leadership position within the General insurance team, your main focus will be coaching and developing your team members to drive sales performance and ensure excellent outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing coaching, development, and guidance on performance, sales techniques, and relevant industry knowledge.
  • Optimizing individual and team performance and development according to company performance standards.
  • Motivating and engaging your team to enhance sales performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Monitoring and maintaining consistently high-quality customer service through NPS.
About you:
  • You possess a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
  • You have prior experience leading a team in a sales or customer service contact center environment within insurance.
  • You demonstrate care and concern for your work and teammates.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, showing resilience when faced with challenges.
  • You are proficient in various software systems and comfortable navigating them.
