Our client, a State Government Department, is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of complex ICT services and initiatives. This role sits within a specialist enabling services function responsible for architecture, service management, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, risk oversight, vendor management, and IT service management practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to articulate high-level business needs relating to information systems and IT processes.
- Analyse and evaluate user requirements and translate them into detailed business and system specifications.
- Document system interface requirements and support reconciliation outputs.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
- Develop and deliver clear communication activities to ensure stakeholders understand program objectives and impacts.
- Provide expert advice on system capabilities, integrations, and third-party solution options.
- Proven experience analysing technical information and business requirements to design practical solutions.
- Experience performing data analysis relating to system interfaces, integrations, and data transformation.
- Strong process modelling capability using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with a track record of delivering innovative and cost-effective ICT solutions.
