Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Agent to work on a temporary basis for three months. This will be a varied role that will encompass both Data Entry and Customer Service. Working in a collaborative team environment, your main duties and responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
To be eligible for this role, you must be immediately available and ready to interview.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for a number of key tasks including but not limited to:
- Collation & processing of data
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist and resolve customer queries
- Manage and responding to emails
- Process of orders and ensuring all details entered onto internal systems
- Update customer information
- Follow up customer enquiries
- Other general administrative duties as required
- Ad hoc duties as required
Previous experience in a similar Customer Service or Data Entry role will be necessary as well as:
- Advanced skillset of Data Entry and Customer Service
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound computer literacy, particularly in the Microsoft Office Package
- Well-developed data processing and analytical skills
- Ability to identify issues, problems and opportunities
- Proven time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
