Our client is on the look out for a passionate, friendly and approachable Corporate Receptionist to sit on their front desk in their Head Office situated in Surrey Hills! The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, well spoken and will also have a strong background in Administration. Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, this role will be varied in nature and will be a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with one of Australia's most reputable leaders in the NFP space.
This is a temporary role that will is looking for someone to start on the 24th of January.
Responsibilities
Working as an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Answer and respond to all reception calls
- Help direct and re-direct calls to appropriate employees in the business
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage room bookings
- Organise catering for meetings and events
- Manage mail, printing, scanning and filing
- Maintain office supplies
- Arrange travel for staff as necessary
- Various ad-hoc duties as per directed
The ideal individual will have at least relative experience as a Corporate Receptionist. The ideal individual will also have:
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- NDIS, Police and Working With Children checks are required.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising sound judgement
