My client is a national medical institute looking for a Training Lead to join the organisation on a 2year fixed term contract.

As Training Lead you will work closely with the Change Manager to design, develop and implement the training strategy for the UKG Pro


Key Duties:
  • Workforce Management roll-out, suitable for up to 5,000 health and support professionals
  • Develop training needs analysis for various stakeholders
  • Create and execute role-based training plans
  • Design, develop and facilitate high quality face-to-face and online system training to end users
  • Develop training toolkits for a broad range of end users, including facilitator and learner guides, e-learns, quick reference guides and powerpoint decks
  • Administer the Learning Hub (Learning Management System) for publishing finalised training materials

The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of rostering and time & attendance systems (UKG)
  • Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies
  • Proven leadership in effective training programs and delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution of learning objectives
  • Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies that align with organisational goals and foster employee development
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop tailored content, and deliver engaging sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at overseeing end-to-end training processes, from conceptualisation to successful implementation.
