As Training Lead you will work closely with the Change Manager to design, develop and implement the training strategy for the UKG Pro
Key Duties:
- Workforce Management roll-out, suitable for up to 5,000 health and support professionals
- Develop training needs analysis for various stakeholders
- Create and execute role-based training plans
- Design, develop and facilitate high quality face-to-face and online system training to end users
- Develop training toolkits for a broad range of end users, including facilitator and learner guides, e-learns, quick reference guides and powerpoint decks
- Administer the Learning Hub (Learning Management System) for publishing finalised training materials
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of rostering and time & attendance systems (UKG)
- Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies
- Proven leadership in effective training programs and delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution of learning objectives
- Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies that align with organisational goals and foster employee development
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop tailored content, and deliver engaging sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, adept at overseeing end-to-end training processes, from conceptualisation to successful implementation.
