You’ll oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services across metro and regional areas. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong internal support and a clear path for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of drivers and logistics staff
- Monitor fleet performance and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve delivery issues
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Previous experience in transport coordination or supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Understanding of transport compliance and safety standards
- Nice to have: Exposure to Wharf Cartage, Container Transport, or similar high-volume logistics environments
