The UX Designer will deliver cohesive, measurable user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs - improving conversion, retention and satisfaction across the end‑to‑end journey.
Responsibilities
- Champion the end‑to‑end customer experience: map journeys, identify pain points and define opportunities across web and app.
- Translate research insights and analytics into clear hypotheses and testable design solutions, with success metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, task success).
- Plan and conduct lean research (usability tests, interviews, surveys) in partnership with User Research; synthesise findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes; present rationale, facilitate feedback and iterate rapidly.
- Apply AI‑enhanced design tools (e.g., Figma Make) to accelerate ideation, generate variations and content, and improve craft; with a focus on streamline handoffs and workflows.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system (components, patterns and documentation) to ensure consistency, quality and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to scope, prioritise and deliver increments; provide clear specifications and support during build.
- Validate designs using experimentation (A/B tests) and analytics; iterate to improve conversion, task completion and retention.
- Experience designing end‑to‑end customer journeys and cross‑channel experiences.
- Data‑informed approach: comfortable interpreting research and product analytics to make design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience producing user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and clear documentation.
- Proficiency with Figma (Auto Layout, components/variables, prototyping).
- Working knowledge of AI/automation tools and prompt‑driven workflows (e.g., Figma Make, V0, Loveable etc) to accelerate research, content and prototyping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Agile ways of working; delivery‑oriented with a growth mindset.
