Known for their value-enhancing solutions, our client is in the market to add to their Project Management team to work across the commercial project sector. 

Your role:

An experienced Senior Project Manager, Project Director or Associate Director with exceptional understanding of end to end construction phases of commercial projects with institutional clients. 

Key tasks:

• Strategic oversight on multiple projects at various stages of development
• Responsible for client-side deliverables, programmes, risk assessments, method statements and financial management
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants
• Ensure effective communication and management of project variations

Ideal candidate:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience preferably within a consultancy environment but open to experience from a client side business or main contractor working with Institutional clients
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of project managers and mentoring junior staff
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent commercial & financial oversight
• Relevant degree or qualifications advantageous
• Experienced in delivering projects from foundation to finish
