We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Dandenong site. This is a critical, hands-on role where you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, racking, barcoding implementation, and the safe handling of finished goods and raw materials.
With thousands of pallet spaces on site and a wide product portfolio, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency, safety, and service performance. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of exciting improvement projects while maintaining a focus on delivering to world-class DIFOT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across finished goods and raw materials
- Manage and develop a small team with a focus on engagement and safety
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and reporting
- Drive and deliver improvement initiatives, including barcoding and racking projects
- Oversee Dangerous Goods storage and compliance with HSE standards
- Support inbound and outbound operations, ensuring 98.5% DIFOT targets are achieved
- Work collaboratively with Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- 5+ years’ warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on and proactive – willing to jump in and support the team
- Data-driven and solutions-focused, with a growth mindset
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance and High Reach experience desirable)
- Exposure to Dangerous Goods handling advantageous
- Confident with warehouse systems and MS Office Suite
