The Role:

In the position of Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of both the warehouse and transport teams, while also optimizing inventory management across the entire operation. Your duties will centre on strategic planning and upholding a meticulous level of organization to guarantee the seamless and effective processing of products.
Your leadership skills will be pivotal as you oversee, guide, and bolster the warehouse and transport teams, striving for operational excellence and meeting the service expectations of our customers. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Directly manage a team of warehouse operators, providing leadership and support to help fast track growth.
• Oversee daily tasks, including order processing, packing, and shipping of pet food products.
• Ensure accurate and high-quality product shipments, adhering to company standards.
• Optimize stock levels for efficient order fulfillment.
• Enforce a secure working environment and safety guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules and priorities.
• Provide regular management updates on fulfillment activities and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leadership, preferably in a warehouse role
• A solid understanding of warehouse and fulfilment operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Strong verbal and a great attention to detail
• Skilled in excel and relevant Warehouse Management Systems WMS
