Job Overview
Reporting to an Operations Manager dedicated to staff development, we are seeking a proactive and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our expanding team. As the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of dedicated warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Overseeing daily activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Optimizing warehouse processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and customer-oriented service.
- Safety Awareness: Familiarity with safety protocols and a dedicated approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel and relevant Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
