Job Overview
Reporting to an Operations Manager dedicated to staff development, we are seeking a proactive and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our expanding team. As the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of dedicated warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Overseeing daily activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Optimizing warehouse processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership or supervisory roles, preferably within a warehouse environment.
  • Warehouse Operations Knowledge: A solid understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inventory management and order processing.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and customer-oriented service.
  • Safety Awareness: Familiarity with safety protocols and a dedicated approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel and relevant Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Flexibility: The capability to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced work environment.
