Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities in a Cross-Dock setting, including inbound and outbound freight coordination.
• Manage inventory accuracy and ensure efficient handling of Freight All Kinds (FAK).
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational KPIs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
• Optimize warehouse processes to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

Must Have

• Proven experience in warehouse management within a Cross-Dock environment.
• FAK (Freight All Kinds) experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
