Wellbeing doesn’t happen by chance, it is noticed, nurtured and protected. This year, Jessica embodied that responsibility with heart.
When asked what motivates her, her answer was simple:

Shaping success: Finance Champion — Alanna Canavan
This year, Alanna played a pivotal role in a major finance system transformation, testing, troubleshooting and shaping the success of a project that will benefit our entire business for years to come.

Our Game Changer Award celebrates someone who makes things genuinely better for the business, and for the people in it. This year, that was Ciarán.
