We’re seeking an organised, motivated HR Admin / Recruitment Support professional to provide essential administrative support during a busy period. Role: HR Admin / Recruitment Support Duration: 4–5 months full time (potential to extend) Focus: 60% Recruitment support, 40% General HR administration Location: Sydney Olympic Park What You’ll Do Recruitment (60%) Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: draft and post job ads to SEEK, LinkedIn, etc. Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and stakeholders Conduct initial candidate screening and communication Maintain ATS records, track candidate pipelines, update hiring managers HR Administration (40%) Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Support onboarding: prepare contracts, manage induction documentation Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting Respond to general HR and employee queries promptly and professionally About You Prior experience in HR support, administration, or recruitment (temp/contract roles welcome) Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using HRIS / ATS systems A proactive, adaptable team player with a positive “can-do” attitude Why Join us?
