Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and face-to-face engagement Develop relationships with decision-makers across target industries Promote a broad range of workplace service solutions in a consultative sales style Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events to uncover business opportunities Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from an experienced team Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using CRM software Skills & Experience Background in outbound B2B sales, ideally within service-based or solution-selling environments Comfortable managing a field-based role with regular client interactions Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Confident using digital tools such as CRMs and Microsoft Office Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license Tertiary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
