Supply Chain Specialist A great opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on supply chain role covering inbound freight, warehousing, distribution, SAP accuracy and continuous improvement across the ANZ business. Ideal for someone who enjoys both day-to-day execution and strategic problem-solving. The Role Manage day-to-day performance of the 3PL across warehousing and distribution, ensuring 2-day dispatch, stock accuracy and contract KPIs are met. Oversee all inbound freight from Asia, the US and UK, working closely with freight forwarders, print suppliers and global teams. Own all SAP administration for inbound stock so the warehouse has full visibility on what is arriving and when. Ensure smooth order flow, stock availability and proactive management of delays, risks and peak periods. Drive efficiency initiatives such as direct-to-customer shipping, bulk/off-peak freight consolidation and reducing double handling. Maintain reporting dashboards and provide insights on freight, warehousing and fulfilment performance. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning and Finance to support customers and upcoming campaigns. What You Bring Strong SAP capability and confidence managing data accuracy. Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or freight operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and push back when required. Analytical, commercially minded and proactive in solving issues across the supply chain. Able to step in quickly, take ownership and work collaboratively across teams. Why This Role Hybrid work: Monday & Friday from home. Hours: 8:30am–4:45pm. Office near Southern Cross Station. $50-60 hourly rate with strong potential to convert to permanent.
