About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will take ownership of inventory accuracy, stock visibility and transactional integrity across multiple 3PL sites and field stock locations.
You will work closely with Planning, Procurement and Finance to resolve discrepancies, improve reporting and maintain SAP data accuracy.
This is a hands-on, system-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, identifying variances and strengthening stock control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile inventory across ANZ sites
- Process stock adjustments in SAP
- Investigate discrepancies and root causes
- Generate ageing and variance reports
- Support stocktakes and audit processes
- Track slow-moving and at-risk stock
- Liaise with 3PL partners on variances
- Maintain material master data integrity
- Inventory control or supply chain exposure
- SAP inventory module capability
- Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, pivots)
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
- Exposure to 3PL environments
- High attention to data accuracy
