Contract: Full Time – 6 Month Fixed Term
Salary: ~$80,000 + Super

Overview
This role supports inventory control across consumables, spare parts, media, and field stock across Australia and New Zealand. The focus is on stock accuracy, SAP transactions, reporting, and day-to-day support of logistics and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across 3PLs, customer sites, and field stock
• Perform regular reconciliations and investigate variances
• Process stock adjustments, returns, write-offs, and transfers in SAP
• Support stocktakes and shelf-life management
• Produce inventory and exception reports using SAP and Excel
• Work with planners, procurement, finance, and 3PLs to resolve stock issues
• Raise and manage purchase orders as required

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory or supply chain roles
• SAP experience and strong Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups)
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Clear communicator with a structured, problem-solving approach

Working Conditions

• Based at Clayton Head Office
• Standard business hours with occasional stocktake support
