You will lead the HR, Safety, Training, and Compliance functions, while driving cultural initiatives and leading performance management and safety frameworks.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering strong relationships across the business.- Lead innovative HR and safety initiatives aligned with both long-term and short-term business goals.- Design and implement performance management frameworks, coaching senior leaders and teams to meet strategic objectives.- Develop internal talent pipelines and lead employee development programs, including technical and non-technical training.- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts and ensure HR policies reflect continuous improvement.- Conduct regular site visits to engage with staff and promote a positive culture.Candidate Profile: Our client is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven leader with experience in medium-sized organisations, ideally supporting a workforce of 500 FTE. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on modern people practices, a naturally engaging demeanor, and a genuine curiosity to understand the business thoroughly before initiating change.
