About the Role As Commercial Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, delivering insightful analysis, highlighting key performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting commercial decision-making. You will be responsible for: Partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Providing commercial support for major contracts, projects, and M&A initiatives Delivering financial and operational analysis to drive improved performance and profitability Leading and developing a small finance team, fostering capability, accountability, and collaboration Ensuring financial governance, internal controls, and compliance are maintained across the segment This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment (4 sites ) providing opportunities to shape strategic decisions and influence outcomes.
