With a strong footprint across the country and plans for strategic growth, they service a range of industrial and infrastructure clients and play a critical role in supplying essential components for large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the operations team, bridging finance and the business Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support decision-making Present financial insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to senior stakeholders Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses Use Power BI to generate reports and dashboards for operational review Skills and Experience: 5+ experience as a Finance Business Partner with strong commercial acumen CA or CPA qualified Confident presenting and explaining financial data to non-financial stakeholders Advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with financial modelling Power BI capability essential Industry experience in construction, manufacturing or other operationally intensive sectors is a strong advantage Why Join Our Client: A salary of up to $150,000 + super Work in a business where finance is a genuine partner to operations High visibility and impact role – your insights will shape decisions Hybrid working arrangements Convenient office location in South-Western Sydney, with on-site parking How to Apply:To apply, please click on the appropriate link below.
