With a 15-year career as a recruiter, Kris has amassed experience in global recruitment, covering regions such as the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. His current role sees him lead the Brisbane Technology division, where his primary focus lies in recruiting top-tier senior technology professionals and senior transformation staff.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kris is a devoted father to two wonderful daughters, Siena and Isla. He passionately embraces the role of being the best #girldad he can be during his cherished moments of free time. Additionally, Kris maintains an active lifestyle, participating in over 35 soccer matches for Toowong FC and persistently working to lower his golf handicap.

Kris specialises in adopting proactive candidate sourcing strategies that allow him to find exceptional Technology professionals for some of Queensland’s most desired corporations. Managing the Technology specialism for Sharp & Carter Kris ensures that the Technology division embraces high levels of client and candidate engagement ensuring that all parties expectations are exceeded.
