About the Role: Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely within a small, close-knit team, your responsibilities will include: Weekly payroll processing for 50+ employees Accurate data entry of timesheets and payroll information Weekly invoice processing and account reconciliations Supporting both accounts payable and receivable functions Handling internal and external stakeholder queries Delivering exceptional customer service Assisting with general administration and office support Contributing to ongoing improvements in payroll and admin processes About You: Our client is seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer with a desire to grow their career in accounts and payroll.
