We’re looking for a confident Client Executive to join a high-performing team selling premium workspaces and managing client relationships. You’ll convert inbound leads into customers from start to finish - running tours, closing deals, negotiating contracts and building relationships. Whether you're an SDR ready to step up, or come from real estate, recruitment, events or similar – this is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up into an autonomous client facing, full-cycle sales position. This is a role with real autonomy and huge growth potential - you’ll also have exposure to managing key accounts, driving renewals and upsells. Salary: Up to $85,000 base + Super + Commission What You’ll Be Doing: Manage the full sales cycle for inbound enquiries across four high-end workspace locations in Sydney and one in Canberra. Host onsite meetings and walkthroughs, bringing the unique experience to life for potential members. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Own post-sale relationships with members, handling renewals and upgrades (85% of your revenue comes from existing accounts). Work closely with a collaborative national sales team to hit team-based revenue targets.
