Key Responsibilities Drive new business – prospect, network, and proactively generate leads through engagement, partnerships and leads. Consult and guide – meet with clients to provide tailored advice and options that suit their individual needs. Build partnerships – develop referral relationships with aged-care providers, financial planners, community organisations, and local businesses. Own your pipeline – manage your own sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract completion and after-sales support. Deliver results – achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs through proactive, relationship-driven sales activity. Stay informed – keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market opportunities. Represent the brand – attend local events, community gatherings, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
