This is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on driving predictability, quality, and efficiency across a portfolio of complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Governance: Establish and continuously improve project and program management governance frameworks tailored to a complex, multi-project environment. Systems Integration & Delivery: Ensure cohesive delivery as the systems integrator for multi-disciplinary projects, integrating design, engineering, and production phases effectively. Resource Optimisation: Oversee workforce demand management, implementing systematic approaches to resource allocation, managing capacity, and optimising throughput of projects across technical and creative teams. Risk & Change Management: Act as the organisational authority on project risk, issue management, and the development of clear frameworks for design freezes and change management. Standardisation & Quality: Lead initiatives for component and process standardisation and establish clear, consistent definitions of "done" for every project phase. Expertise in interfacing with C-Suite stakeholders and managing multiple interdependent projects concurrently. Advanced project/program management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent). This is a critical role responsible for managing and delivering capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
