The Role As a Parts Interpreter / Customer Service professional, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, managing phone, email and front counter enquiries while coordinating parts orders with internal teams. You’ll also support warehouse operations, stock management, and parts merchandising, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role with consistent day shifts, a supportive team, and a culture that values reliability, learning, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, and front counter
- Interpret parts requirements and process sales orders, invoices, credits, and purchase orders
- Support warehouse teams with receipting, picking, and stock coordination
- Assist with parts merchandising and promotional activity
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and workplace procedures
- Previous experience in heavy vehicle, mechanical, or parts environments is highly valued
- Alternatively, a customer service / admin background with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work in a hands-on environment
- Salary: $78,000 – $90,000 + Super (approx. $39.47 – $45.73/hr + Super)
- Overtime: widely available, with penalty rates
- Incentives: team bonuses of $7k–$10k when targets are met
- Hours: Day shifts typically between - preferences welcome 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturdays: ~1 Saturday per month (6-hour shift, flexible swap)
