Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in an assigned territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Conduct regular client visits to foster strong relationships and provide on-site support
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding clients
- Serve as the key point of contact for major accounts, ensuring their needs are exceeded
- Deliver product demonstrations, updates, and training to clients as needed
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and provide accurate forecasts to management
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Stay informed on market developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven track record in field sales or account management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute territory plans
- Comfortable using CRM tools and generating sales reports
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
