Location: (Sydney) – Hybrid (3 days in-office)

About the Role
This newly created role is focused on identifying and capturing new client engagement opportunities while enhancing existing relationships. You’ll drive strategic growth by building lasting partnerships and responding to clients' evolving digital needs.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage new and existing client accounts for growth and operational success
  • Achieve sales targets across new and existing client portfolios
  • Develop and maintain robust account growth plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical leads, Account Directors, Marketing)
  • Create sales collateral: proposals, SoWs, and engagement materials
  • Utilize marketing initiatives to drive client engagement and growth
  • Track client activity and pipeline through Salesforce (training provided)
  • Apply advisory selling to identify and convert digital growth opportunities
  • Design and lead workshops, create discussion materials and analyst briefs
  • Build and maintain client and industry networks
  • Promote and sell our digital transformation products and solutions
  • Host forums/events to launch and promote offerings
  • Share client and market feedback with internal teams
  
Sales Team Collaboration
  • Co-develop and improve processes supporting sales success
  • Promote and model an advisory-led account management approach
  • Support and manage Salesforce reporting and insight needs
  • Assist marketing in positioning our capabilities effectively in the marketplace
  • Share best practices and insights with the broader sales team
  
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of strategic sales experience with enterprise clients
  • 5+ years in a consulting environment (preferably global or Australian firms)
  • Strong understanding of digital domains: mobile, web, cloud, data, and strategy
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes through strategic execution
  • Skilled in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and contract execution
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and renewals
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders
