Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating key financial and commercial processes/tools to support the timely, efficient & accurate capturing of financial data. You will also support the business partners across multiple sites to assist them with developing their commercial insights for their stakeholders. Specifically, your duties will include:
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders to build collaborative internal relationships
- Utilize tools and resources for efficient & accurate capturing of key data
- Reconcile balance sheet GL accounts monthly
- Finalise annual FBT Returns
- Provide support for HR team around Ongoing Costs & Deduction Values for sites
- Reconciliations for insurance, utilities and payroll as required
- Other ad hoc duties as directed
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified or currently completing, you have commenced your career in a large, diversified FMCG/ Manufacturing or Chartered/ Business Services environment. Additionally, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to easily relate to people at a variety of levels within a business. You are proactive by nature and are eager to take on a role where stakeholder engagement is a key focus. The use of SAP or any large ERP system will be advantageous.
