Significant growth has been witnessed over the past few years, and they are looking for an Accountant to join their team.
About the role:
This opportunity is for a qualified or part-qualified Accountant to join the team, working closely with the Finance Manager.
- Assist staff with general finance queries, such as billing and other client/matter related queries
- Assisting with month, half year and year-end financial reporting
- Accounts payable duties such as creditor entries and reconciliations, staff reimbursements, etc
- Preparation of branch's P & L’s
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger reconciliations
- Supporting the payroll function as required
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Some of the skills and experience you need to help you succeed in this role are:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
- Full CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Prior experience in professional services is desired but not essential
- Excellent communications skills for stakeholder management
- Motivated and confident to suggest process improvements
